Whatever your starting point in your personal fitness journey, I can help. While I specialize in female fitness, I have experience with clients from all genders, ages, backgrounds, fitness levels, with various health conditions, and various levels of motivation to work out! We can meet either at my gym space in Old Town, Alexandria, at your home gym, a public place (such as a park), or virtually over Zoom/Facetime etc!
